    Getting to know the table and the outside bets

    On the “normal” roulette wheel you will find 36 numbers and one 0, although there might be tables with two 0’s – these are called American Roulette. The person that spins the wheel with the small white ball is called the croupier and he or she will tell the people around the table “No more bets” before spinning the small ball which will eventually land on one of the numbers, or the 0(‘s) on the wheel.

    Depending on where on the table you have made your bet, you might win up to 35 times your money back.

    On the table you have a few other options to choose from, which are all shown on the sides of the table. These are the following:

    - 1st 12 pays 2:1 (two times your money back)

    - 2nd 12 pays 2:1

    - 3rd 12 pays 2:1

    - 1-18 1:1

    - 19-36 1:1

    - Even pays 1:1

    - Odd pays 1:1

    - Black pays 1:1

    - Red pays 1:1

    Inside bets

    If you make your bet on specific numbers, the chance of winning is smaller, and the potential payout is bigger.
